If a Dapp Developer notices discrepancies in their dApp’s information, they should contact tg-coin.games immediately.

tg-coin.games can edit, move, or remove any dApp at its discretion and is not liable for any such actions. tg-coin.games may choose not to list or publish any dApp and can remove or edit listings at any time without notice or liability.

ADVERTISING OF DAPPS

Dapp Developers may submit inquiries for advertising their dApps. Acceptance of such advertising is at tg-coin.games’s discretion. If accepted, tg-coin.games will provide pricing details and, upon payment, the advertisement will be made public. Payment is non-refundable.

Dapps listed under “High risk” will not be considered for advertising. tg-coin.games is not responsible for any advertising-related issues and retains the right to remove any ads that violate these Terms.

OWNERSHIP OF DAPPS

Description, text, images, graphics, and other content about dApps are owned and controlled by the Dapp Developers. tg-coin.games does not claim ownership of listed dApps and Dapp Developers are responsible for any damage caused by their dApps.

WARRANTIES AND OBLIGATIONS OF DAPP DEVELOPERS

Dapp Developers warrant that their dApp is original or they have the necessary rights and licenses to use it. They must ensure that all information about them is accurate.

Dapp Developers must not:

• Advertise abusive, illegal, or objectionable content.
• Use content that infringes third-party rights.
• Post illegal material or malware.
• Engage in scraping or unauthorized use of Website content.
• Attempt to bypass security measures or manipulate dApp rankings.
• Impersonate others or misuse tg-coin.games’s trademarks.

tg-coin.games reserves the right to remove dApps, suspend access, or pursue legal remedies for breaches of these obligations.
